Create an organized place for daily work with the Newland Desk Packages by Offices To Go. Modular desk components let the workspace follow the room and storage needs.
Use it to establish a working area in a school office, staff preparation room or departmental workspace. It provides a place to bring together computer equipment, paperwork and day-to-day administrative tasks, with the layout coordinated to the surrounding storage and seating.
Key features include modular desk configurations and coordinated laminate finishes.
The range uses one-inch thermally fused laminate tops with matching two-millimetre edges. Desk, return and pedestal combinations vary by package, letting the working surface and document storage be selected together for the available office footprint.
Plan the workstation around the space needed for the chair, equipment and visitor access. Match the selected surface size and configuration to the room, and account for cable routes and nearby storage when arranging multiple desks.

Delivery information
Pricing and freight services are calibrated for educational and commercial facilities. Residential addresses, home offices, and limited-access locations could be subject to additional carrier surcharges, which will be quoted prior to orders being placed with the manufacturer.
Standard website orders ship direct via commercial freight with curbside lift gate service included. A school representative must be present to count cartons and inspect packaging. Any visible exterior damage or piece shortages must be noted on the driver’s delivery receipt (BOL) before signing. Inside delivery and unboxing are not included.
Returns
All contract furniture is custom-manufactured to your specifications. Simplova Education cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for customer color/finish selections, dimension discrepancies, or incorrect chair/desk heights.
Production begins immediately upon order confirmation. Cancellation or change requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours and are subject to factory approval. Change fees apply once materials are committed.

Offices To Go furniture is built to commercial quality standards for regular use in busy environments. Its seating is manufactured in certified factories and tested for compliance with applicable ANSI/BIFMA seating standards. Many chair models are made in Canada, while others are imported and manufactured to the brand’s quality requirements.
Depending on the product, construction may include durable metal frames, laminate work surfaces, upholstered or mesh seating, powder-coated finishes, casters, glides and ergonomic adjustment features. Select tables are also designed and tested to applicable ANSI/BIFMA performance standards.

Offices To Go offers a range of textiles, colours, laminates and frame finishes, making it easy to coordinate furniture with different school and administrative environments. Select products can be customized with different textile and colour choices, while individual collections may offer multiple surface and finish combinations.
Environmental certifications are also available on select products. Global’s certified products, including upholstered seating, meet GREENGUARD emission requirements to help support healthier indoor environments. Certain Offices To Go products also display BIFMA LEVEL® certification.

Warranty & Support
Offices To Go products are backed by a manufacturer’s limited warranty, with coverage depending on the product and component. Under the current warranty, qualifying metal frames and non-moving components on general seating may be covered for up to 15 years, while desks, tables, benching, metal filing and storage products may also receive up to 15 years of coverage.
Moving parts, upholstery, textiles, foam, mechanisms, electrical components and other specialty items may have shorter warranty periods depending on the product. Warranty remedies may include repair or replacement in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.
Offices To Go also offers customer care, parts and service assistance, assembly resources and a Quick Ship program on select products. Warranty coverage, product availability and lead times should be confirmed for the individual product at the time of purchase.
