Its current LEVEL certifications are active through May 2027, with products achieving LEVEL 2 and select collections achieving LEVEL 3.

Most 9to5 Seating collections are backed by a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty for the original purchaser under standard single-shift commercial use. This coverage applies to qualifying structural and mechanical components, with certain collections and specialty products carrying different warranty periods.

Upholstery fabrics, mesh and foam are generally covered for five years against qualifying wear and deterioration under normal use. Certain collections, heavy-duty models and specialty products have their own warranty terms and conditions.
