The Cascade system integrates seamlessly with Cascade Storage totes—featuring two 3" drawers and one 12" deep drawer for organizing learning materials, supplies, and personal items. Alternatively, select a traditional BOX/BOX/FILE pedestal configuration. The ability to mount the pedestal on the left or right side ensures this desk fits perfectly into your classroom layout.

Built for Canadian Schools:
Featuring a sturdy 1 1/4" thick top, the Cascade desk is built to withstand daily use in high-traffic educational facilities. With 15 standard laminate colors and 15 standard edge colors, you can customize the desk to match your school’s branding or interior design. The frame is available in a Platinum or Black finish to complement any décor.

    Overview

    The Cascade Teacher Desk offers a stable, mobile and versatile workspace with integrated wireway and modesty panel plus the unique capabilities of Cascade storage. It offers a scalable solution for organization, storage and distribution of learning materials.

    MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION

    • Work Surface: 1-1/4" thick, 45 lb density particle board core with .030" high-pressure laminate surface and .020" melamine backer sheet
    • Edge Molding: Bumper edge molding, mechanically fastened every 6-8 inches
    • Pedestal: Fully welded 20 gauge steel components
    • Casters: 3" plate casters (standard), each fastened with 4 machine screws
    • Leg Construction: 1-5/8" x 10" double wall panel (12, 14, and 18 gauge steel) with rounded edges; 16 gauge steel tube base (1-3/4" x 2")
    • Modesty Panel: Mechanically fastened to pedestals and laminated top

    LAMINATE & FINISH OPTIONS

    STANDARD LAMINATES:

    • 20 standard laminate options available with -60 finish
    • To match previous years, specify alternate finish (example: Pewter Mesh 4878-38, standard is -60)

    CUSTOM LAMINATES:

    • 20+ tops same color with -60 or -38 finish: No upcharge
    • Less than 20 tops: Quote available with Wilsonart code and finish style
    • Other laminates available upon request

    SPECIAL LAMINATES (may incur upcharge):

    • Wilsonart codes containing "Y", "K", "-12", "-78", "Aeon", etc.
    • Upcharge applies even if code includes -38 or -60
